About me
My name is Ana Cristina, I am Mexican and live in Switzerland. I am a lawyer by profession, but cooking is my calling. For me, the kitchen is the place for the most interesting conversations, the happiest moments and the best advide. The aromas and smells that accompany this advice fill our soul with memories and satisfaction.

Basics of Mexican Cuisine
In this workshop you will learn the basics of the Mexican couisine applied in a 4 course Menu, and you will descover that making mexican food is much easier than you think.
Tacos
In this Taco workshop, I will show you just how easy it is to make delicious, from scratch tacos at home. I will guide you through making Salsa, Pork Carnitas, Chicken Tinga and of course your own corn tortillas. Be ready to make your own tacos like a pro!
